Pricing

Prices are set at the time of purchase. PHPC ONLINE. offers no form of price protection. All prices listed are in US currency. Prices are subject to change without any type of notice. Residents of MICHIGAN will be charged 6% sales tax. We are not responsible for any typographical errors that might occur on the site. Prices that are shown as mistakes will not be honored.

Shipping

US Orders: PHPC ONLINE. usualy ships within 24 hours on most orders once they have been processed (excluding weekends or holidays) unless ortherwise stated on the product page. Orders placed by 1:00pm E.S.T. usually ship that same day. We ship using UPS insured orders over 300.00 require signature and USPS insured orders over 150.00 require signature. Please note that UPS or Fed-Ex can not deliver to P.O. BOXES, APO, or FPO addresses. For those address types, please select the USPS option. Once your order ships you will automatically be sent a UPS tracking number or USPS Delivery Confirmation number by email unless not provided by selected service.

UPS Shipments: We ship using UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Ground service. UPS Delivers packages 5 business days a week, excluded are Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. UPS provides full location to location tracking of packages. UPS will do their best to search for the lost or missing package by filing a trace. If UPS deems the package missing, an insurance claim can be filed and a replacement order can be shipped out.

USPS Shipments: We ship using USPS Express Mail (1-2 days), USPS Priority Mail (Usually 2-3 days) and USPS First Class Mail (Usually 3-5 days, under 3/4 inch thick does not provide delivery confirmation). There is no guaranteed delivery time only approximate shipping times in transit with USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. USPS will deliver on Saturday. Delivery Confirmation is included allowing you to verify date and time of delivery online (except usps first class mail under 3/4 inch thich). Please keep in mind this is a *delivery confirmation number* NOT a tracking number as with the USPS you cannot track USPS priority mail or USPS first class mail. It simply tells you what day your order was processed by us. The status of the USPS delivery confirmation number *will not* change until it arrives in your city or your local postal carrier delivers your package. This is NOT a city to city tracking number if you need city to city tracking you must pick a carrier like UPS. PHPC ONLINE is not responsible for USPS packages with delivery confirmation numbers that declare the package as delivered but the customer cannot find the package. As for orders using UPS shipping methods, UPS will do their best to search for the lost or missing package by filing a trace. If UPS deems the package missing, an insurance claim can be filed and a replacement order can be shipped out. Unfortunately, USPS does not provide this service and as a result, PHPC ONLINE cannot blindly send out a replacement order if a customer claims their USPS package as missing when the delivery confirmation number says the package was delivered at the appropriate location. USPS does not consider a domestic parcel missing until 21 days have passed.


Non US International Orders: All shipping will be done via UPS, USPS Insured unless otherwise noted. Any international order may be subject to import tax, duties and/or brokerage fees. We do not charge for this tax, so the customer will have to take care of it separately. You are responsible for, if any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees your country or the shipping company charges to import these items. We are not responsible for any package that is damaged or lost due to another countries customs or postal service. Shipping time is not guaranteed. If the item is lost, damaged, or delayed by the shipping service - we are not responsible. No refunds, credits, or replacements will be given by PHPC ONLINE. Refund or replacement is completely up to the Insurance company after they have completed their investigation. USPS does not consider a International parcel missing until 45 days have passed, 60 days for Italy.

All shipping charges on International RMAs to us and back to you will be your responsibility! You assume the risk by purchasing overseas or non-US orders. Under no circumstances will we pay for shipping back to you for any reason on any RMAs. Motherboards have the highest RMAs and we do not like shipping them out of the US. Be fore warned that the decision will be yours.

By placing an order with us - you agree to all of our terms and policies - including the shipping policies mentioned above.


Payments

US Orders: All payments are accepted via Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, Paypal with confirmed shipping address and Money Orders. No orders will be shipped until the payment has been processed. To protect you (and us) against unauthorized charges, credit card orders can only be shipped to the billing address on file for the credit card used unless you have called your credit card company and put you alternate shipping address on file with the credit card company. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval. Credit cards are not charged until the order has been processed and is ready to ship.

Non US International Orders: Payment must be made in advance by pre-payment (cashiers check or money order) or PAY PAL Verified only. No other form of payment will be accepted for International Orders. If PAYPAL is used for payment the product must be shipped to the billing address.

Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy from invoice date. A 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returned items -- a higher re-stocking fee will apply to excessive returners no exceptions. A 30% re-stocking fee on all Custom Systems. Defective products will be replaced only within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, product is covered under manufacturers warranty unless a longer or shorter warranty is stated. Products must be returned in original, unused, undamaged, resellable condition with all included accessories, packaging and documentation. Memory products carry a lifetime warranty for replacement OEM one year if:

1. The product or any part thereof has not been abused, misused, neglected, replaced, repaired or modified.
2. The product is still owned by the original purchaser.
3. The product was properly installed in the original machine for which it was purchased and used in its recommended environment Burned, Damaged or Scratched product cannot be retuned or exchanged.

OEM CPUs have a 10 day excact exchange only Dealer warranty. Items burned due to improper handling, overclocking or installation by the customer will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Vapor Cooling, Water Cooling systems or components will not be accepted for refund or exchanges of any kind -- no exceptions. Defective products will be replaced as per our policies. Asetek handles all warranty and replacement directly on VaporCooling Units. Due to manufacturers policies, PHPC ONLINE. can not accept refunds or returns on All Software, Retail Boxed Processors, Shrinkwrapped or sealed products where seal has been broken, Lighting products or fans simply because they are to loud. There is likewise no replacement or refund guarantee covering any product that is affected by any "Year 2000" compliance problem. PHPC ONLINE reserves the right to charge for shipping, handling and testing fees if the Product received for repair, exchange or replacement is non-defective. Shipping charges, handling charges and testing fees are non-refundable, including the free shipping promotion items. We will charge reasonable shipping fees on all returned free shipping items because we pay the shipping fees in advance. Items marked as closeout will not be accepted for refund or exchange.


Returns Procedure

No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. Product received without RMA number will be refused at customers expense. An RMA number can be obtained by filling in RMA form located in your accounts order history. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days within which return products must be received by PHPC ONLINE. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Customers are responsible for damaged returns during transportation. All products must be sent back with proper padding and in a static resistant bag. If any product is returned open to the elements or without proper padding, it will be shipped back as is and will void any warranties with us. All products must be shipped in an external container. e.g. No video cards shipped with shipping labels stuck to the box, etc. Product must be returned by a shipper that offers tracking. Such as UPS or FEDEX. The customer is responsible for shipping returns back to us via an insured carrier and PHPC ONLINE. will pay to ship the replacement back to the customer. There is no cross-shipping on RMAs. All Koolance and Vapor Cooling product RMAs are handled directly thru the manufacture.

Technical Support

If there is a problem with a Product you purchased from PHPC ONLINE., you should refer to the users reference manual for assistance. The original component manufacturer, supplier or publisher of any products other than complete computer systems built by PHPC ONLINE. or products manufactured by PHPC ONLINE. is responsible for providing any service or support with these products. If you are unable to resolve a problem with a Product you purchased from us, Technical support may be requested by e-mailing
support@phpconline.com.

Warranties

All products are covered by the original manufacturers warranty which varies with different products. Warranties are non-transferrable and apply to the original purchaser only. Warranties begin from the date the product is shipped by PHPC ONLINE. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues or for products not purchased from PHPC ONLINE. You are responsible for making sure that the parts you order from PHPC ONLINE, Inc. will work with your system, The warranty will be voided by neglect, abuse/misuse, overclocking and physical damage. As with any product we sell, use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liabilities

Under no circumstances are we liable for the following:

1. Third-party claims against you for damages.
2. Loss of, or damage to, your records or data.
3. Economic consequential damages (including lost profits or savings) or incidental damages even if we are informed of their possibility.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
